The Dürer Park office buildings are not only new elements of the urban fabric next to the City Park, but also represent a milestone in the life of GOOD studio, as this project largely laid the foundation for the office’s current form, our studio provided the construction plans for the interior.

The Dürer Park II. phase was a heritage preservation project as well, as the original building included a protected wing including a clerical building. The new function of the revonated church is a multi-functional conference and exhibition hall.

The office complex also includes a large gathering space, which is an orangerie in the middle of the newly covered courtyard, with multi-level inner terraces.
