This project delivers a minimal, open-plan office environment designed for functionality, flexibility, and visual clarity. The interior features an exposed ceiling and a palette of soft grey tones, emphasizing spatial openness and industrial simplicity. The reception area serves as a focal point, integrating a custom lighting solution and greenery to create a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere.

The design and execution were developed through BIM coordination, encompassing full architectural and engineering services, including HVAC, electrical systems, and fire safety design.
